Refund policy

SECTION 20 - Returns or Exchanges 

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

THE HIGH STANDARDS TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AFTER THEY LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE AND ARE WITH THE PARCEL SERVICE.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

All sales are final. The High Standards team does NOT offer refunds of any kind. Only size exchanges or store credit is allowed. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
